01Do I need an account?
No account, ever. Your recipes, plans and lists stay on your device and sync through your own iCloud if you have it enabled.
02How does Millo calculate nutrition?
Each ingredient you want counted is linked to a food in a nutrition database, then converted to grams and scaled from its per-100 g facts. Totals add up per serving, per meal and per day, and anything estimated is clearly flagged. See the Per-serving nutrition feature for the full picture.
03What is the batch ingredient editor?
It gathers the same ingredient from across all your recipes into one bucket — even when it's spelled differently — so you can rename, categorise and link it once and have the change apply everywhere.
04Do the AI features send my data anywhere?
The on-device assistant, Generate and Convert, sends nothing anywhere: it runs locally with Apple Intelligence and needs iOS 26. Separately and optionally, you can build recipes or a whole meal plan with a third-party AI like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude and import the result; that path shares only what you choose to paste into that AI.
05Which devices are supported?
iPhone on iOS 18 or later, with an Apple Watch companion on watchOS 11 or later for the shopping list.
