Drop recipes onto a visual weekly calendar and read the week at a glance.

Meal Plan is the app's home tab: a grid calendar where each day holds the meals you've planned. Add a meal, set how many people it's for, and attach one or more recipes to it. Tap a day to open it and review what's cooking.

What you can do

  • Plan meals on any day, in a monthly or weekly view.
  • Pick a meal type: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
  • Set the number of people per meal; recipe quantities scale to match.
  • Attach one or more recipes to a meal.
  • Add a defrost reminder to take ingredients out of the freezer in time.
  • Open a meal to see its recipes and nutrition.

Recurring meals

Set a meal to repeat daily, weekly or monthly, ending never, on a date, or after a number of times. When you remove one, choose whether to delete just that day, this and every future occurrence, or the whole series.

It feeds the shopping list

Everything you plan rolls straight into the shopping list, with quantities combined across recipes. Plan the week once; the list builds itself.
