🪄AI recipe assistant

Skip the typing: on-device Apple Intelligence, or your favourite AI.

Typing out a recipe is the boring part. Millo skips it in two ways: one that runs entirely on your iPhone, and one that lets you use whichever AI chatbot you already like.

On device, with Apple Intelligence

Two modes run locally with Apple Intelligence, so nothing is sent to a server.

🪄

Generate

Describe what you feel like cooking and Millo writes a complete recipe, ingredients, quantities and steps, in your language and your measurement system.

📄

Convert

Paste a recipe from a website, a cookbook or a message and Millo turns it into a structured recipe: categorised ingredients, extracted quantities and per-person portions.

With your favourite AI

No Apple Intelligence? Build recipes with ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude and bring them straight into Millo. This path works on any iPhone.

  1. 01

    Generate in your AI

Describe the recipes you want to the chatbot of your choice, in your own words.

  2. 02

    Copy Millo's format prompt

Paste it into the same conversation. It tells the AI how to structure the output so Millo can read it, and asks it to return a downloadable .millo file.

  3. 03

    Import into Millo

Open the .millo file it produces and the recipes join your collection, fully structured.

One recipe or a whole week

For a recipe or two, this is the fastest route. To have an AI plan a whole week at once, reusing the recipes you already have, see the AI meal planner.

On-device Generate and Convert require iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence. Importing from ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude works on any iPhone.
